EFF President, Julius Malema is a happy man for now. We know Juju was accused of fraud, corruption and was linked to a government contract he secured 5years ago when he was still with ANC-Youth League. However, Judge Billy Mothle through the case out and said even though the case may be reinstated, Juju is free for now.
Juju has always maintained his innocence. This is what he said after the ruling: “The judge says I am free … I know the state can reinstate charges‚ but I stand before all of you an innocent man without a judgment against my head. They do not have a case against me.”
And as expected…..he took it to Twitter. Lol @ that hashtag.

Juju is celebrating his ruling, but Actress, Fezokuhle Zulu isn’t. Do you remember THIS article by Sunday Sun? Where they reported that she was dumped by rapper Cassper Nyovest for Boity, and that Fezo had been heart-broken? Well, Fezo laid a complaint with the Press Council against them.
She said she informed the journalist, prior to publication, that these claims were wrong. And so was the part about her trying to get back to her ex-boyfriend, DJ Sphectacula, who told her he was no longer interested in her. Fezo said the story contained statements of a sexual nature that falsely made her appear to be promiscuous and that have unnecessarily tarnished her dignity and reputation.
The then Publisher of Sunday Sun Jeremy Gordin, submitted his facts on behalf of the Publication. With Fezo also presenting her side of facts. But she failed to submit the proof to back up her facts and that led to her complaint being dismissed. So Sunday Sun won.
