Early this week, it was announced that DJ Black Coffee will be releasing his long awaited album today. The album is titled Pieces Of Me.
However, the album cover set flames on social media.
We know Black Coffee is also known for his creativity and artistic mind, so this cover didn’t really surprise me.
Until I saw this one………….
Then I started scratching my head. Mmmmmmmh! Puzzle pieces I can understand, but then the same album title? Ledisi is an America artist, and she released this album in 2011. I honestly didn’t know about her until now of course. I guess she is like Leela James and them, you know those talented ones that aren’t really in your face?
Anyway, it looks like Black Coffee and team didn’t know about Ledisi as well, or maybe they just didn’t know about that particular album hence the above statement.
According to the statement, they were looking into the issue. So does it mean they are planning to change it? Should they? Do you think they really didn’t know about Ledisi’s album? What’s your take on this?
