Sigh! It’s Sunday again which means one more lala then back to work. I really don’t know where this weekend went because ndisayidinga. Let’s not waste anytime, here’s what to expect on Idols;
The songs for the Top 3 for this Sunday evening’s performances were chosen for the by the Idols SA band, and they will kick off with two duets;
- Siphelele Ngcobo and Karabo Mogane will be singing L’loyd Cele and Loyiso Bala’s hit “Thando”.
- and Mmatema Moremi will be teaming up with Rhema Varrie for Ariana Grande’s and thw Weeknd “Love Me Harder”.
And solo’s they will perform the following songs.
Karabo is preparing the Al Green classic “Let’s Stay Together” and taking a leaf from Siphelele’s playbook with a South African hit, Zahara’s “Umthwalo”.
Mmatema is working on Chaka Khan’s anthem “I’m Every Woman” and Mafikizolo’s “Happiness”.
Rhema is singing the Jackson Five’s “I Want You Back” and Miguel’s hit, “Adorn”.
And Siphelele hopes to impress with another Luther Vandross classic, “Dance With My Father”… there goes my cringe, as well as Zama Jobe’s “Ndawo Yami”.
As the story goes, one hopeful will not get to perform…
They say sometimes you have to travel far to find love, which is sort of the case with this week’s couple on Our Perfect Wedding. Jeremiah (34) met Rachel (34) when both of them were still working in America at the same hotel, he told her the first day he met her that one day he was going to marry her. True to his his word, once they hit it off, Jeremiah wasted no time in asking her parents blessings to take her hand. 10 years later, the couple is ready to officially tie the knot.
