It is reported that the 18month old boy drowned in a swimming pool on Saturday, when Florence was celebrating her birthday with her loved ones in Johannesburg, Bramley. According to reports, the officers are still investigating the matter. A source told Daily Sun “The child was playing and it was believed he was being watched, but he was found in the pool.”
