In The Kitchen With Zeeba, Quick Snack

Good Morning Good People! Zeebz is back neh, life had him by the balls maar if you give all your cares to G-O-D! He fixes best.

Moving on to kitchen politics, Indlala taught me a new way of making sausage and I thought why not share this new way with JC peeps.

Take out your sausage to defrost.

Put your stove on medium heat, tip your sausage on your pan, close the lid and leave it for a few minutes.

Come back turn over your sausage, allow the other side to cook until it’s brownish.

On the side you have chopped your onions , ginger, garlic and robot peppers.

Once you feel your saucy is brown enough gooi your onions on with thyme for same flavor.

You will also notice that we have no used anything oil, we are using the fat from the sausage.

Your robot peppers, garlic le-ginger at the same time.

Allow it to all simmer.

You can choose to chop your sausage in pieces like I did or leave as is, it all depends on you and how you want it.

You could leave (stop) it here dip in with your garlic bread or rolls.

Boil mixed veggies before putting them in the pan.

Season up. (chicken spice, rosemary and lime).

Allow all to blend in.

Make your sauce on the side.

Dip it on.

Let it cook and boil for a few, then you’re good to go… depending how many people you’re making this quick meal for.

Serve it any how!

You must always remember good food is what you make of what you have.
