How many times a week do you work out?
I try to work out 5 times a week, but it doesn’t always pan out that way especially with a crazy schedule.
Which is the best choice: bike, elliptical or treadmill?
The best choice out of the three for me would be elliptical however I prefer,heavy weights fast reps with shorter intervals to get my heart rate up.
What’s the best workout to do in the morning to have energy throughout the day?
I prefer working out after 9am…I can’t do earlier, most people feel energized after working out, I feel exhausted…maybe I push to hard…so when my body has woken up I can then go and I’ll have enough energy to push,if I go too early. Feel exhausted the whole day…but that’s an exception…working out does increase your endorphins which gives you energy…I guess I’m a little different.
What’s your best tip for people who are having a hard time committing?
If you’re taking about gym and you’re having a hard time committing I’d say the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step…
What are some good workout options if you can’t afford a personal trainer?
There’s tons of body weights exercises you can do in you home, or if you can’t afford a personal trainer do your research on YouTube or social media, there’s many great peeps out there that can help you if you discipline yourself.
