I am usually not one to complain about the people in my space. I just keep my distance from certain individuals or places I feel I don’t I belong. But sometimes as hard as we all try to keep our cool, there is that one particular person that makes you wanna put your bible verses and words of wisdom including your morals in a little box for a couple of hours and give them a blue eye.We are all adults now. We all know our responsibilities and we know what our duties are especially at work. But ke you find…..- Those people that act like they work more than you.
- Those people who when the boss is around they are the only ones that work hard unnecessarily but the minute boss steps outside they become the opposite.
- Those people who always want to make you look bad in front of the boss.
- Those people who when it’s time to go home, carry on working like they are very busy kante nix.
- Those people who will bad mouth you just to save their butts.
- Those people that never do wrong in the boss’ eyes.
- Those people who when they hear about a certain personal problem that you have then they start talking about how worse their problems are compared to yours.
- Those people who always gossip about you when you are not there but the minute they see you they are the first ones to offer their help.
- That person that always has something sarcastic to say.
- That person that keeps tabs of what you eat and how you look and pass judgmental comments as if they are joking.
- That person that will tell you ‘You’ve gained weight’ that time they are 10x bigger than you.
- That annoying colleague that ‘has’ everything. But has nothing. You mention that you want to buy this and they say they already have it, that time bayaxoka.
- That person that thinks their religion or church is better than yours.
- That colleague that will disturb you when you are busy and they usually do that when the boss is not around. They will chill in your office/space acting like they don’t have work to do.
I am talking about that annoying colleague. We all have those akere?, unless you are one. If you do or did have one, how did you handle the situation? Did you just ignore nje!
