Last week, Lemo and I found ourselves e-grayvini by getting the Ultra Exclusive 2Chains tickets from one “fairy” lady (you know who you are, and I love you), off to we drove to Ellis Park Stadium where we left our cars (and everybody’s) to hop on a shuttle to City Deep Maboneng in Celebrating Millers 10th Birthday.
The dress code was “dress comfortable because it’s a hip-hop show”, abantu came in hippy styles and numbers.
SK held it down good as Mceee, I just love his energy on and off stage. Sk’s character does not alter, qho ndimbona he is the same he, unobuntu shem umntana wabantu. I also briefly interviewed him for VEntertainment cameras about his plans and if he does any philanthropic work.
The Opening Act One of my many male crushes Khuli Chana with his buddies KayG and AKA, they heated the stage with hits that got us in the mood for Mr 2Chainz himself. When 2Chainz took over with his, he killed it with his super bass crystal sound…
I’m certain we would have heard him if ebesuza nokusuza.
The venue was packed with abo Roxy Burger, Teargas, Dimples, Trevor Gumbi (and his STILL broken leg) Solly, Sydney and and and…. pity my camera could not take photos of everyone.
