Essays
Aaaaaawwww! Essays has got me.This month they have Le-Anne Dlamini and she looks gorgeous. This cover is all spring. Very light but bright. Not what they did last month with Gerry Rantseli’s one. Slay on Essays!
Bona
The Soil are on Bona and they are all Blue. I love it. It’s not too busy, very few words/headlines on the cover and it’s all blending very well.
Mamas & Papas
Didn’t I read somewhere that these two have gone their separate ways? Mara our publications can’t be trusted shem. Here is Tumisho and his beautiful wife Zozimbini showing off their big belly. Angikho sho, because this looks like Tumi and Zozi were coming from different directions here. Their outfits are nowhere near complimenting each other. *side eyes Mamas & Papas’ stylist*

Mmmmmmmh! ‘Love birds’ Nomzamo and Maps are showing off. Khaya who? Jessica who? Lol! Lovely cover, and it’s soooo True Love. The colours nje are what we’ve always known True Love Magazine to be about.
Elle
We missed this one last month. Elle Mag’s August issue was graced by Ms Thusi. I loved it. Very fresh, but the hair was a bit too much on her face. Imagine if it had been tied high up to show Pearl’s flawless skin…. #Flames!

I came across this one for the first time, and Kylie Jenner’s boo Tyga is oozing! I love it when cover headlines don’t overshadow the main subject.

Ncoooooooooooooooo! Ngiblome neziphalaphala, phakathi kwe caracara….. This is a typical HipHop magazine nje so all that mrabaraba on the cover is not surprising. I am just loving my K.O
Fair Lady
From Mama O, to Monica. Fresh but way too busy. Maybe if her dress was plain nyana. The prints are screaming, and so is the wording. Monica is a beauty tho.
Destiny Man
Andimazi lotata shem. But ke it’s Destiny. It always introduces us to people we SHOULD know, so that we can learn something from them. I googled him and I was never ready for his net worth…. $5.3 billion?? *ties self to chair ka tissue paper*
Destiny
Mrs Mokwele looking all kinda royal. I love it. This is the Destiny I fell in love with. How many years has Mapaseka been in the industry? All the work she does,and what she has gone through. And we hardly read about her life like that. We don’t really know much about her because she is not in our faces. I fell in love with her at the Love Conference last year and I think she is a perfect subject for Destiny because this is one of the women that has a story to tell. I love this cover,it’s very classy….not what y’all gave us last month. Sigh!
