Our courts are SO Busy!!!
Jub Jub
So jub jub appealed his murder conviction and 25 year sentencing and he was in luck because that ruling was overturned and he has now been found not guilty of murder but guilty of culpable homicide. A decision which I think is fair.
“He altered the four counts of murder to four counts of culpable homicide and set aside the driving under the influence and attempted murder charges.
He sentenced the pair to 10 years, with two years suspended, and insisted that the sentence be back dated to when the pair were originally sentenced in October 2012″
Now that I’m not sure about… for killing 4 kids?
How do they decide on suspended sentences.. what does that mean??

Kenyan President President Uhuru Kenyatta has also appeared before the International Criminal Court (ICC), where he faces charges of crimes against humanity. The charges concern his alleged role in violence following the 2007 elections where more than 1,000 people died in the aftermath of the poll. Kenyatta says the charges against him are politically motivated and insists that the case should be thrown out.
What trial are you keeping up with right now?
