Most of you now know Vincent Bones is our Idol Winner and he took home the fabulous R700 000.00 in Randelas and some extra gifts, I think the total prize is worth over a mil and I must say I’m happy for him for winning so CONGRATULATIONS are in order. However, I still maintain what I have been saying for this past 13 weeks…he is not the Best there was in that competition infact Bongi is and was the Best technical singer in that competition. I hope she gets recognised for her talent. Still on that note Bongi gives me the look at me again type of thing (lacking a better description). She is one of those that most people over-look to realise later they had the best…making sense?
I have enjoyed this year’s Idols even though some people (including myself) felt they had short-changed us with the top 16, numbers for this year’s Season have increased tremendously and they are hoping for next year to grow even better. .. Anywho, the results show was super amazing. The Top 11 opened for us before Bongin and Vince took one of their theatre songs each to demonstrate how they made it to the finals. When Queen Bongi sang that back to black by Amy my body got goosed-up athi “We only said goodbye with words, I died a hundred times you go back to her and I go back to…” killer killer killer! And Vince gave us a luke warm Adorn by Miguel. I mean from the high of back to black to luke warm ntoza…mmmkay done hating. The entire show was epic to me even the ones that were trying out *side eyes Randall* Unathi tried naye to sing I sometimes ask myself how can a person judge others on what THEMSELVELS are not good at? mmmh food for my head. Maybe I’m also like that. Lol
If you are hoping for any of them to be replaced, think again and chop some vegies while you are it. Our panel of judges are not going to be changed and I love them all three they bring different interesting flavours to the show. The only time I feel like smacking them is when Unathi echoes Gareth and Randall gets to give Unnecessary mean beeech comments to abantwaneni but then again that is what makes people love to hate him right #Unapologetic
Vince Adorning Miguel…I love his jacket.
I must say I’m happy for Takkies (from fly chicks) she is doing well in this dancing thing but I can’t say the same about her majesty Joy. She struggles to do most moves like this one (zoom in) and look at how Takkies effortlessly does here splits.
Bongi slaughtering the Back to Black number
Randall ncokoling with Lize
Wooden Mic Winner!
Casper was also there to shake us up and down…this one is kind-a growing in me
Can someone tell me what is Gareth’s story I’m really, really crushing on his great-self.
This is one talented lad. He can’t move like others but dzamn! His voice is powerful. He has potential of going far.
Pro-to-the-verb…doing a great job as host
Prime circle heated things up as well
So did RJ…I think the show was more about people re-launching their careers
Miss SA 2014 Contestants also came by.
And they nailed Ari’s Almost is never enough, I was thoroughly moved and satisfied
The moment before the big announcement.
Unathi looked nice in this jump-suit, naye tried her luck
and there was the after-party
results of free toxins…get down!
Those that think Vincent is single…meet his wife
the love i have for him…
RnB crooner also entertained us…i didn’t know he sang i thought he was just a pretty face
Little Vince came to show daddy show love
I think lomntana ka Vince ulele ediniwe shem ndlela lena bebemphatha-phatha ngayo umntana ebusuku ke phofu. Krkrkrkrkr
